Yannick Bernouin is a gifted chef. Before coming to us he served as Second Chef at ‘La Terrasse’ and ‘L’Assiette Gourmande’ in Honfleur (One Michelin star). He’s a master at blending the flavours of the market with local produce to create special local dishes. He changes his menu daily.

Dinner is a set meal at 38 Euros, including entrée, main course, cheese and dessert. This is fine authentic bistro cuisine that is revisited often: spit-roasted savoury chicken, fried sole with fluffy puree potato, home-cooked shoulder of salt meadow sheep…

Our breakfast is served by the wood fire in winter and under the apple trees in summer.
