Our charming restaurant is run by Chef Christophe Sainte Rose, and supervised by Matthieu Pouleur - Head Chef of the Saint-Siméon Collection. The Chef uses only fresh, local produce to bring out the flavours of Normandy, and offers you a seasonal gourmet escapade with the Bocage menu.
